Did you know that early childhood experiences shape lifelong learning? Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) offers free, engaging early learning initiatives at Britt Elementary designed for children from birth to age five and their parents or caregivers. These programs empower families as their child’s first and best teachers. Facilitated by certified staff, these play-based sessions focus on critical kindergarten readiness skills, including:

• 💬 Communication, language, and literacy

• 🧠 Cognitive and motor skill development

• 🌱 Social-emotional development and new approaches to play

We are excited to offer multiple session options to fit your family's schedule for the upcoming school year:

🧸Play 2 Learn

Weekly 90-minute, play-based sessions in a high-quality preschool environment.

• When: Every Wednesday

• Session 1: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

• Session 2: 1:40 PM – 3:10 PM

🧸Little Learners Academy

Monthly 60-minute interactive sessions to help you engage with your child through play.

• When: The 3rd Wednesday of each month (September – April)

• Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
